Stop by Orangetheory Fitness in Marietta, Georgia for the most effective workout session you will ever experience. Backed by science, the Orangetheory workout will produce increased endurance, strength, and power—and if desired, great weight loss with proper nutrition.
During your Orange 60 session, you will be provided a heart rate monitor and POD to track your five zone interval training sessions. Or if you would rather, you may purchase these from one of one of our friendly staff.
The Orangetheory Fitness gym training session is built upon three components: treadmill interval training blocks, indoor rowing machines, and weight room or resistance training blocks. During your hour-long group training session, you will perform multiple intervals that have been designed to produce 12-20 minutes of training at 84% or higher of your individual max heart rate, which translates to zones 4/5. During your workout, you will use your full body—stimulating your metabolism and boosting your energy with each interval taken. After your Orange 60 session, your body will continue to use oxygen and burn more calories as though you were still working out—for up to a day and a half after the session ends!
Our studios are well maintained, with a bright modern style that will make you feel energized and focused. Separate men's and women's restrooms and showers are available for your convenience and comfort, and we offer a variety of flexible membership plans to fit your busy lifestyle.

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
